Step 2 — Pre-Design Consultation (Paid)

If you decide to take the next step, we’ll prepare a clear proposal for a Pre-Design Consultation.

This is where your project starts to take shape in a meaningful way.

This is where you gain real clarity — not just drawings.

This stage can include:

• Site visit and on-site discussion

• Measured understanding of the existing conditions

• Concept floor plan ideas

• A realistic build cost estimate

• Clear guidance on next steps for approvals and design

This process is designed to give you clarity — not just drawings.

Step 3 — Concept Design

With a clear direction established, we develop your concept into a refined design.

We work with you to adjust layouts, explore ideas, and ensure the design aligns with your lifestyle, site, and budget.

Step 4 — Documentation & Approvals

We prepare all drawings and documentation required for planning and building approval, and coordinate any consultants needed along the way.

Our aim is to keep the process smooth and well-managed, so you can focus on the exciting parts of your project.

Step 5 — Builder Pricing & Next Steps

Once your design is complete, we can assist with obtaining a builder’s price — or provide everything needed for you to proceed with your preferred builder.

You’ll move forward with clarity and confidence in both the design and expected costs.
